Corona Virus/Covid-19

Renton Naturopathic & Homeopathic Clinic is open Monday thru Friday, 9-5. We are offering virtual care and are here to help you stay healthy and well. We are also seeing patients at our clinic for urgent, non-Covid19 related, issues. Please call us at 425-282-5304.
 
If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or are concerned about potential exposure to Corona virus but are not currently in respiratory distress, please call the health department Corona Virus call center at 1-800-525-0127.

If you are experiencing respiratory distress, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Please wear a mask for everyone's protection, especially your own.

Naturopathic Preventive Options

1. Stay hydrated: Drink 6-8 glasses of filtered water daily, in between meals. 
2. Get 7-9 hours of sleep every night.
3. Limit sugar intake, since sugar depresses the immune system.
4. Practice good hygiene: wash hands frequently--and dry them well. Damp hands are more likely to pick up germs. Avoid touching your face. Sanitize doorknobs and phones, etc.
5. Take vitamins and minerals known to support the immune system and/or are antiviral: Vitamin D 2000-4000IU daily with food; Vitamin C 500-1000mg 3-6 times daily; Zinc 15mg 1-2 times daily with food: Vitamin A 10.000IUdaily with food; Selenium 200mcg daily with food, and magnesium 250mg daily with or without food.  
6. L-Lysine is an amino acid that is antiviral. Take 500-1000mg 2-3 times daily between meals.
7. Fish oil 2000mg daily with food.
8. Get outside and walk, hike , garden, play, etc.
