Protein Balls
Mix all ingredients together except the shredded coconut. Shape in to balls, and roll in shredded coconut. Enjoy! 
SERVES: 1
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: No baking necessary
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla Hemp Protein Powder (I use Trader Joe's brand)
  • 1 handful Cacao Nibs
  • 1 handful of finely chopped pecans (or sub other nuts)
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp. Cashew Butter (or sub other nut butters of your choice)
  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
