Protein Balls

Mix all ingredients together except the shredded coconut. Shape in to balls, and roll in shredded coconut. Enjoy!

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: No baking necessary
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla Hemp Protein Powder (I use Trader Joe's brand)
- 1 handful Cacao Nibs
- 1 handful of finely chopped pecans (or sub other nuts)
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp. Cashew Butter (or sub other nut butters of your choice)
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
