ONLINE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Lose Your Holiday Weight--2nd Class Added
February 19 - March 19th, 2025
If you missed this class the first time around, here is a secon chance!Welcome to an online, 5-week Weight Loss program. We will do an allergy elimination diet with protein shakes and/or a lower carbohydrate diet. The first week will be the introduction and we will discuss the plan and how to get started. For the next 4 weeks, we will meet online, and I will discuss different weight loss topics to enhance weight loss during this program and to help keep it going afterward. Then we will share our experiences on the diet and I can answer questions.
Meetings will be 1 hour in length on Wednesdays from 7-8 pm, starting February 19th through March 19th, 2025.
Price:
The fee for this 5-week program is $75 per person. This does not include the cost of any protein powders, which we will discuss during the first session. I look forward to working with you!
